If you prefer not to take the Drachenfelsbahn, there's a way for walking. It's called Eselsweg - donkey's path. It might be a little steep and could be very exhausting for people who're not used to trekking but probably on your way down, you can take a walk. On the way, you can see this beautiful, yellow house.
